Research projects

Tailored research projects designed for, or, with your organisation on a wide range of public health topics. My research to date has included food security investigations, service provision review, evaluation of nutrition training outcomes, labelling reviews, advertising surveys and policy audits, and project evaluation..
Policy insights

Health policy insights to inform your organisation’s policy position or policy design. This can include overview of current situation, review of comparable policies, research and reporting on policy design options. My policy work to date includes education setting nutrition policies, menu planning standards, food labelling reform, unhealthy food and drink marketing research and policy design review and alcohol policy development.
Nutrition education

I am an experienced educator delivering bespoke sessions for your company covering healthy eating and healthy behaviour change. The education sessions or online modules I have designed and delivered include health professional and teacher CPD as well as workplace and community education. I also deliver University lectures to health students and mentor dietetic students and graduates.
Nutrition content writing

I write nutrition content for health professional education and public platforms. This has included website copy, magazine articles, editorials and volunteer education programs. I will work with your organisation to ensure the content meets the needs and interests of your customers.

I draw on my professional experience across nutrition, alcohol and children’s health as an experienced media spokesperson. I am available for interviews and written work.

As an experienced public health dietitian and project manager I turn complex health science into real-world impact — designing powerful programs, shaping policy, and bringing public health ideas to life through smart strategy, clear communication, and meaningful partnerships.

I have had a broad career spanning not for profit and local, state and national government departments as well as rural and remote healthcare and tertiary education. This breadth of work has given me insights across the health system and the challenges of nutrition from many angles. I bring these unique insights to my consultancy work.

Whether you're a government department, university, or non-profit organisation, I can partner with you to deliver evidence-based, practical solutions that drive healthier outcomes for communities.

My areas of expertise extend to food security and food systems, unhealthy food and drink marketing, family and children’s nutrition (including education settings), chronic disease prevention, food labelling, alcohol policy and development and delivery of population education campaigns. I also have significant experience designing and delivering nutrition education.

I work across research and concept or product development right through to delivery and evaluation.

Outside of work, I am also a mother of 3 young children and it’s a pleasure volunteering in their education communities as they grow. I’m a keen runner and love the outdoors and gardening with my family. When I find an hour to myself I’ll be relaxing at my local beach in Melbourne’s west.
